I’m Sean, the guy behind Everyman Armory.

I’m an everyday shooter who loves training, competing, testing gear, and constantly working to improve.

Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours researching optics, triggers, barrels, and other upgrades—trying to figure out what actually fits, what’s worth the money, and what’s mostly marketing.

Eventually I realized I was building the kind of resource I wished I’d had when I started.

That’s why I created Everyman Armory.

Everyman Armory is the resource I wanted for myself.

Instead of giving you a massive list of products and leaving you to figure it out, I try to narrow things down to a few strong choices: what I think is the best overall option, a good value choice, and a premium option when spending more actually makes sense.

Some of the products on this site may eventually earn Everyman Armory a commission. That will never determine what gets recommended. If I don’t think there’s a product worth putting in a category, I’d rather leave that spot empty than recommend something just to fill it.

I’m still learning, testing gear, training, and improving just like everyone else. As Everyman Armory grows, I want the information here to grow with it.

No hype. No pretending every expensive upgrade is necessary. Just useful information to help everyday shooters make better decisions.
